Volunteer Registration Form

We are recruiting hundreds of volunteers to help us welcome the creative world to Toronto at Departure Festival + Conference.

You will have the chance to connect with industry leaders, collaborate with peers, and immerse yourself in the energy that defines Canadian and global creativity.

This experience is designed to not only support the event but also to inspire the next generation of leaders in music, art, production, tech, comedy, and beyond with hands-on experience and growth opportunities.

It would be best advised to not double up on days with too much schedule overlap so you can get adequate rest in between shifts.

Don’t have a lot of time, but want to be a part of the Departure Volunteer experience?
Volunteers can sign up for 8 to 23 hours to help fill-in where additional support may be needed throughout Departure Conference and Festival. Please provide us with your custom availability here for the following dates: May 6-11
