Media Accreditation Form

Thank you for your interest in the Departure Festival + Conference! Please read the following information carefully and fill out this form to apply for official media accreditation to this year's event.

Your application will be reviewed and you will be notified of the status prior to the event. Priority will be given to applicants from media organizations with confirmed assignments and wide-spread distribution/audience.

PLEASE NOTE:

- Media accreditation grants access to most Conference and Festival events. Access to select keynotes and performances will be granted on a case-by-cases basis.

- If you are a freelance journalist or photographer, you MUST be on assignment from a media outlet and submit an assignment letter or email.

- We cannot guarantee media accreditation in 2025 for those who have been accredited in the past.

- You will be asked to provide media coverage from this year's event to be considered for future accreditation.

- Media accreditation is for media outlets only. No other type of organizations will be considered.

Accreditation application deadline: Thursday, April 17th, 2025.
