Kassidy’s music is the sound of scars healing—raw, emotional, and unfiltered. He doesn’t shy away from pain, delivering powerhouse vocals that balance heartbreak with moments of pure joy. Every loss, every triumph, and every lesson fuel his open-hearted pop. Born in Gatineau, Québec, music became his refuge early on. His mother worked tirelessly to provide, and drama class offered an early creative outlet. Inspired by Justin Bieber, Stevie Wonder, Ray Charles, and Gavin DeGraw, he honed his voice while navigating bullying, eventually leaving high school in tenth grade. Between construction jobs, fast food gigs, and a seven-year stint as a chef, he immersed himself in music, taking vocal lessons and writing nonstop. Kassidy built a loyal fanbase online, grinding relentlessly to get his music heard. In 2023, his persistence paid off when GRAMMY®-nominated, Juno-winning duo Banx & Ranx discovered him. They invited him to a music camp, marking the start of a new chapter. Now signed to Universal Music Canada and Ultra Music Publishing, Kassidy is just getting started—pushing boundaries and sharing his truth through music.
