Julia Brevetti is a self-taught artist in Toronto that specializes in abstract, modern contemporary, and pop art. Growing up painting Spider-Man and other marvel characters, her love for paintings only continued as she got older. She first moved to California in 2023 which sparked her passion for painting vintage cars. The vintage car collection is a demonstration of realism/pop art painting styles blending together as one to create a bold and nostalgic fusion. In 2024, Julia quit her job of 8 years and hosted her first art gala. She also started posting her art on TikTok which opened doors for her in the art world that she didn’t think were possible to achieve. TikTok gave Julia the exposure to show and sell her art to people all over the world. She put up 2 paintings in the Four Seasons Gallery in Westlake California and another 7 pieces in a gallery in Denver Colorado. As she continues to pursue her dreams of being an artist, she faces challenges but these challenges ultimately help her grow and become better at her craft.
