As an attorney representing talent at one of the world’s leading music law firms, Erika advocates on behalf of firm clients including Tyler, the Creator, Dr.Dre, P!nk, Sia, blink-182, Calvin Harris, and Carole King. Previously, as SVP of Global Music Operations at United Talent Agency, she oversaw all operational aspects of the agency’s global touring division. Erika spent 19 years as a record label executive at Universal Music Group, the world’s largest music company, where she negotiated recording agreements and managed the day-
to-day business affairs of Interscope Records’ multi-platinum artists, including Lady Gaga, Billie Eilish, and Lana Del Rey. She has been recognized by Billboard Magazine as a three-time Executive Honoree on its Women in Music list. A proud Canadian, Erika began her career in the music industry working with the Honey Jam talent showcase, which recently celebrated its 30th anniversary. After graduating from Osgoode Hall Law School, Erika joined Universal Music Canada in 2000 where she worked with artists like Nelly Furtado, Jully Black and Jann Arden. She now resides with her family in LA. and makes sure her kids know all the words to “I’m Like A Bird,” “Rally ‘N'” and “Good Mother.”
