Student and Early Career Form

Currently enrolled students and recent graduates may be eligible for a student rate to attend Departure. Please complete this form to be considered.
If your application is approved, you'll receive a confirmation email beginning in January with next steps to complete your registration process.

Important Information for Applicants:

• Student Rate Availability: Student passes are not automatic or guaranteed. Eligibility requirements must be met and verified.
• Non-Refundable Ticket: Once the student pass is purchased, it is non-refundable. All sales are final.
• Non-Transferability Clause: Student pass rates are strictly personal and cannot be transferred to another individual. Each student pass is valid only for the applicant who is approved.
• Identification at Event: A valid student ID will be required at event check-in to confirm your student status.
• Badge Information: The name of the school you are affiliated with will be printed on your badge in place of a company name.
• Priority Pass Policy: Priority passes for Students and Early Career attendees cannot be purchased or upgraded from another pass type.

Proof of Enrollment

Students – Please attach one of the following as proof: Transcript, class schedule, letter from the Registrar’s office, OR Student ID with a visible expiration date.
Early Career – Please attach your official transcript as proof of graduation.
