Vanessa Noelle is a singer-songwriter from Hamilton who spends any free time away from her two jobs travelling into the city to partake in the underground Toronto music scene. Once on the scene, Noelle was quickly invited to join the artist collective Wide Witness + Friends where she regularly performs gigs and showcases across Toronto in tandem with fellow vocalists and rappers within the collective. With a special focus on lyrical vulnerability, she blends and bends genres of R&B, Rock, Folk, Indie, and Jazz. Her influences range anywhere from Amy Winehouse to Adrianne Lenker. Vanessa is known for her mix of soft and powerful vocals and stands out for her unique vocal tone. After returning from a stint of solo-travel on the other side of the world, Noelle was convinced she’d soon settle her life in Portugal, permanently, but instead fell in love with the community she’d discovered in Toronto and became obsessed with the rush of creating and collaboration.
