RAINDOG is a five-piece alternative rock band based in Montréal, Canada. Formed in 2024, the entire group met while working at Bar de Courcelle. Fusing multi-part harmonies with lyrics so honest you can’t get them out of your head. Their music and live performances capture raw emotion, ranging from love, longing, and heartbreak to everyday personal observations about life. Their sound flirts with punk, but has a softness and attention to detail in their lyrics that beg to be heard. RAINDOG’S sound can be reminiscent of Big Thief, Parquet Courts, and Hole. Known for their infectious stage presence, catchy melodies and riot girrrl guitar sounds, RAINDOG has been captivating audiences across Montreal’s indie music scene. RAINDOG has just released an eight-track LP titled C’est Pas Grave on vinyl on June 13, 2025.
