For more than 15 years Shawna has been waking up way too early, and sharing way too much of her life and opinions with rock radio fans. While other kids played sports, Shawna could be found in her room playing ‘radio’, and secretly eating Meow Mix. When she isn’t hiding from her kids in the bathroom, she can be found on her Peloton wearing Rocky IV leggings and chanting ‘Drago’.
