Ontario-based artist Riha blends indie-pop and R&B with influences from electronic underground and early-2000s sounds. Her music paints melodic soundscapes drawn from everyday life, marked by vivid lyrical imagery and smooth, atmospheric production. Riha has been singing and writing songs since the age of seven, filling notebooks with melodies and ideas long before she ever stepped into a studio. While music was always her constant, it wasn’t until university that she began pursuing it seriously, encouraged by friends and family to share her voice. She started collaborating with EDM producers as a topliner while simultaneously developing her own original material. Over time, Riha has grown into a more confident and defined artist, creating music that captures the human experience. Her debut single, “Where’d She Go,” was featured in Rolling Stone India. Inspired by artists like Amy Winehouse, Katy B, James Blake, and Jhene Aiko, Riha aims to release music that connects deeply, inspiring listeners to embrace their own creativity.
