Aubin pi la S.C.B. (Sea Can Band) is an Acadian rock’n’roll band from Abram-Village, Prince Edward Island. Originally formed in Iqaluit, Nunavut in 2019, the band is now based in the Maritimes and made up of Riel Gallant (vocals, guitar), Robbie Gallant (guitar), Shane Arsenault (drums), and Dawson Arsenault (bass). Their debut album Yousque l’hell hit #1 on Sirius XM #166 in spring 2022, and in 2024 they were named one of “7 Acadian Bands to Watch” in a featured Bandcamp article. Known for their loud, high-energy, and often hilarious live shows, Aubin pi la S.C.B. has earned multiple PEI Music Award nominations since 2024 and won the Prix de l’Acadie in 2025. On Canada Day 2025, they shared the stage with Blue Rodeo in Summerside during the televised event, as well as several showcases such as Francofête 2025 Onépascouchées, Showcase PEI, and Music PEI Week. The band began releasing new singles in summer 2025 which will be followed by a full album in 2026.
