Pasquale Calò is a musician, composer, and performer active on the international jazz and improvised music scene. In addition to a intense career as a composer and performer with his own bands, leading various orchestras, and performing alongside internationally renowned artists such as Nicola Conte, Gianluca Petrella, and others, Calò is the founder of one of the more representative experimental music collectives in Europe – Mediterraneo Radicale – with which he has organized over 300 productions, happenings, and experimental music events in various European countries and Brazil, involving approximately 800 artists from around the world since 2009.
