Ohane Girouard

About

Ohane

Born on March 22, 2004, in the french countryside, Ohane discovered drums and piano at an early age, but it was at sixteen that she turned to singing and songwriting. Her diary became her first tool of expression, soon joined by her guitar. In high school, she joined a music-focused program and formed a band with friends. Together, they recorded covers in studio and performed them on stage. When their paths eventually diverged, Ohane chose to continue her journey as a solo artist. Inspired by artists such as Lizzy McAlpine, Gracie Abrams, and Sabrina Sterling, she creates intimate music blending soft pop, folk, and a touch of country. Through her voice and lyrics, she aims to offer gentleness, empathy, and comfort. Stepping into Ohane’s world means revisiting self-doubt, first impulses, fragile certainties, and the intense emotions that shape youth.
