Carefully blending psychedelic inspired indie rock with the melodic and textural fusion of the Indian sitar, Shock Tea offers a refreshing musical experience reminiscent of the rock, pop, and blues of the 60’s and 70’s while speaking to modern sensibilities. From Atlanta, GA, Shock Tea is: Nik on sitar, vocals, and keys, Andrew on bass, and Quaid on guitar, the band emerged in 2022 and has since become a fixture in the Southeast’s music scene. Their debut full length release is scheduled to release in 2026, and their sitarist, Nik, has gained worldwide recognition for his collaborations and virtuosic performances, drawing the attention of rock legends and a global audience.
