Specializing in entertainment, specifically music, veteran journalist Nick Krewen is a former Hamilton Spectator rock critic. A frequent contributor to The Toronto Star, SOCAN Words & Music , he has also written for trade music industry magazines The Record, FYI Music and Billboard; several CARAS publications and has served as the associate editor of Country Music Magazine in Nashville and as editor of Songwriters Magazine in Canada. He has co-authored Music From Far and Wide – Celebrating 40 Years of the Juno Awards, been a music commentator on CBC’s Hanomansing Tonight, CTV News and CBC Radio and recently was a contributor to the book Prince: On Prince. Superstar celebrities interviewed by Krewen range from Prince and Sting to Kate Bush and The Weeknd and rising Canadian stars Sadboi and Good Kids.
