Mark Frieser is a Clio Award–winning innovator and globally recognized thought leader at the intersection of music, media, technology, and branding. As Founder and CEO of Sync Summit, he has built the leading platform dedicated to music for visual media—bringing together artists, music supervisors, brands, agencies, studios, and tech companies through events, education, consulting, and industry programs designed to demystify and accelerate the sync licensing business. With more than 25 years of experience, Mark has played a pioneering role in shaping the digital and mobile media landscape. He was part of the founding team at About.com, helped build and manage iVillage, contributed to early internet initiatives at News Corporation, and co-developed Billboard’s U.S. Ringtone Charts in collaboration with Nielsen. His work has consistently focused on how technology transforms content creation, distribution, and monetization. A frequent speaker and advisor, Mark is known for his forward-looking insights on AI, intellectual property, and the evolving economics of music in a rapidly changing global marketplace.
