Arthritis Kid is an Ottawa-based pop artist that stepped into the music scene mid-2020. With the influences of Coco & Clair Clair, Ashnikko, and Charli XCX, Arthritis Kid took time to cultivate her “real pop girly” image through catchy synths and tongue-in-cheek lyrics. After the release of a handful of singles and an EP in 2022, Arthritis Kid was ready to paint the town in pink glitter with her 2023 EP “Tear My Heart Out.” In 2023 and 2024, Arthritis Kid performed with Debaser, CRIP RAVE, SpectraSonic, and opening for My Son The Hurricane. She opened for Alice Longyu Gao on their Debut Trilogy Tour in May 2025, pushing her into the spotlight as new Ottawa’s pop sensation. With her 2026 EP “You’ve Got To Be Kidding Me,” you know she’s always ready to serve up something sweet (and maybe a little sour).
