Lauren Sofía is an independent artist from Tegucigalpa, Honduras. Her musical style blends Latin, contemporary, and alternative genres, positioning her as one of the emerging voices from the region. She is an associate member of the Latin Recording Academy (Latin Grammy), she was the 2024 Latin representative of the San Francisco 49ers, for whom she composed the official song “Buen Plan” during Latin Pride Month. One of the songs from her upcoming album serves as the main theme for the Honduran film ‘Eva’, which will premiere in Rome in 2025 and in cinemas with the original song in 2026, among other notable achievements. She is currently developing her debut album, ‘las flechas de cupido’, alongside Honduran producer Abel Didit, an Emmy-winning producer.
