The Sun Harmonic is a three piece Canadian rock n’ roll band. Guitar, bass and drums. Indie veteran and frontman Kaleb Hikele, with rhythm section Dave Skrtich and Ian McLennan, are old friends and seasoned Ontario based musicians. The 7th Sun Harmonic studio album is set to be released in 2025, ushered in by the first sing-along single Homesick and followed up by the rock anthem Glory Days; a driving rock and roll song about the struggles and triumphs of life, whether your best days are behind you or happening right now. The song was first written in a furniture delivery van, daydreaming about the glory days. Recorded live-off-the-floor by three-piece Canadian band The Sun Harmonic, mixed by CanCon rock producer Brian Moncarz, the song captures the raw energy and spirit of their punk and hard rock influences. The band has transformed the stage pseudonym started in 2009 as a solo outfit, bringing a faster, louder rock and punk sound to the stage and recording studio. The Sun Harmonic is the recipient of 2024’s FCLMA award for Ontario Independent Recording Artist.
