From Niagara, Ontario: Ivy Gardens makes experimental, progressive music – as heavy and as loud as possible. Defined by a unique sound of thick guitars, battered drums, shrieking organ and heavy synth bass, the trio has been regularly touring across Canada since 2022. Staunchly independent, the group has released two EPs, a live album and their most recent debut full-length “Death of Don Valley” on their own Paper-Cut Recordings. Ivy continues to bring their distinct blend of aggressive underground metal with old school prog-rock all across the country. In 2025 they began their “Live or Die” tour: 24 shows, from Halifax, Nova Scotia, all the way across the country to Vancouver, B.C.
