A Colombian artist based in the Dominican Republic since 2000, he is recognized as one of the best rock performers. He is a composer, music producer, author of three books, and a film and theater actor. In 2024, he won the Best Video award at the Video Clips Awards for the music video of his single “Sé crear” (I Know How to Create). His album “Gris a color” (Gray in Color) earned him the Contemporary Artist award at the 2024 Glamour Music Awards and a nomination for Best Video at that year’s Soberano Awards. In 2006, his band Auro&Clemt received the Soberano Award for Best Rock Group. He has 11 musical productions and more than 100 released songs. In 2025, he returned to number 1 with his single “Tonto” (Fool) from his album “Grisacolor.” He is currently promoting his new production, an EP titled “AURO” from which two singles have been released, “Mundo Ligero” (number 1 in local charts) and “Dinamita” with their respective videos.
