Jessie Vickery is a singer/songwriter from Waterloo, Ontario before moving to Toronto in 2019. She started off playing at small events, performing with KW Glee, posting covers and original songs online. She has been consistently writing and releasing music onto all streaming platforms since 2020 now. She put out her first EP in fall 2022 called “Growth Spurts” and has been playing shows with her band and solo in Toronto and Waterloo, and releasing singles while leading up to her second EP. Her inspiration comes from other young female artists such as; Lennon Stella, Gracie Abrams, Lizzy McAlpine, and The 1975. Jessie’s sound is incredibly unique, described as indie/pop, and she isn’t afraid to push her boundaries and experiment with sounds outside her comfort zone.
