Camille Léon is a Toronto illustrator turned musician who picked up guitar during the 2020 lockdowns and taught herself how to write and compose songs in her bedroom. Her sound has been described as “Glow in the dark” Glitter-Grunge that twists technicolor into cosmos. Although Léon is learning more about music with every release, she’s played nearly every venue in Toronto and impressed in 2023’s POP Montreal. She is a powerhouse proving that Toronto has an insatiable hunger for Black alternative music with no signs of slowing.
