Jaye D Marie is a singer, songwriter, musician, visual artist, teacher, world traveler and show host based out of Nashville, TN. In 2016, after several years of teaching school in Canada, she moved to Nashville where she’s been active in performing, songwriting and hosting singer/songwriter shows. Since 2019 at various Nashville venues, Jaye has hosted over six hundred shows where she has recruited performing as well as touring songwriters. She introduces the performers, runs the sound, and promotes and provides a welcoming atmosphere for all. She has written songs with hit songwriters as well as established and new writers. She has recorded six albums; ‘Coming Over The Border’, ‘If Wishes Were Horses’, ‘The Gospel Singer’, ‘ If That Old Tree could Talk’, ‘Dreamin’ Blues and Barrooms’ and ‘Jota’. She is presently working on her 7th and 8th albums which will include four recently released singles. In recent months Jaye’s songs have been played at over 100 stations in the US. She is a published children’s book author with her first picture book released last year and the next one is expected to be released in 2026.
