17sport is an emerging electronica duo formed of Iris Lou Dune, 22, and Delphine Vise, 21, two multidisciplinary artists from Montreal. Assuming the dual roles of musicians and producers, their sound universe is created independently using Garageband. Distortion and sound transformation are at the heart of their process. They use loop pedals to modulate and layer their vocals, a sampler to structure their tracks, and traditional instruments enhanced with effects pedals. Through 17sport, they cultivate the belief that anything is possible. Their aesthetic universe is inspired by dreams, video games, popular culture, and the codes of the star system.
