About

Connor Renton is the Founder and CEO of Brodie Rec. League, the world’s largest recreational basketball league, with 50,000+ athletes playing across 22+ cities in North America. He built Brodie after running into a problem that millions of former athletes know but nobody was solving: once school ends, the game just stops. No league. No community. No reason to lace up. So he made one. What started as a single league in Toronto has grown into a cultural platform where anyone who loves basketball can compete in a professionally run environment, meet people who care about the same things, and keep playing long after their last school team. Brodie sits at the intersection of sport, culture, and technology. Connor has used tech to scale something that most people thought had to stay local, turning pickup energy into a real organization that operates across two countries. Along the way, he’s built a content ecosystem, a brand that sponsors want to be part of, and a community that keeps showing up season after season. At 28, Connor speaks on entrepreneurship and building products people actually want to use.
