Eddy Currents’ signature blend of profound lyricism and captivating musical prowess has resonated exceptionally well with Folk audiences in search of an authentic storyteller. After years of honing his craft and a decade spent working on the road, Eddy Currents was poised to share his colourful tales and musicality with the world. This journey culminated in the release of his self-titled debut album in 2020, a fusion of various influences, where the only constant in the arrangement is the plangent, lead baritone vocal that narrates the distinctly human accounts. In 2024, Eddy Currents was streamed in 155 countries on Spotify alone, assisted by the release of his most recent album, Electric Minds. These memorable songs are what lead him to notable radio airplay across Europe, the U.S. and Canada. His engaging live sets have entertained audiences all over North America, which include acoustic performances in Los Angeles, New York and across Atlantic Canada on his Electric Minds tour. After performing at multiple songwriter showcases in Nashville this past year, he ended up recording his third album there in August. It will be released in the Spring of 2026, one of many highlights on the calendar for the coming year.
