Originally a one man acoustic project from Hamilton Ontario, In All Fairness (IAF) started with lead singer and primary songwriter, Billy Ellis. After long-time pal Joshua Methner (original guitarist, now bassist) joined the band the duo got together and started writing new music. In the fall of 2022 they released their 2000’s emo reminiscent single “Secondary”, a song about putting other people first and getting burned in the aftermath of their actions. After “Secondary” was released they teamed up with upcoming producer Ryan Fitzpatrick (ex-Bearings) to record a 4 song EP “Everyone Leaves” with the lead single “Blurry” (ft John Waugh of The 1975) that was released October 10th, 2023. The newest member Zakk Vilk (lead guitar) bring a new dynamic shown through IAF’s newest single “Trace”. IAF continues shaking up Ontario’s alternative scene through genre polarizing new emo-pop.
