Cope Land is a bilingual progressive rock/rap band from Montreal Canada. The exciting music, equally effective on record as in concert, fuses often heavy riffs with rapped and sung vocals, interspersed with virtuosic solos and atmospheric synths. The band was two albums to their name, with their most recent release “Expire” having come out last February 14th 2025. The band has enjoyed many successes, including a main stage performance at the place des festivals for the Montreal Jazz Festival, and performances in support of the legendary Dweezil Zappa, and the British band Maruja. They also participated in the Montreal Festival Vue sur la Relève, Quebec’s Festival Jazz en juin, The CEM’s festival musique création, and Toronto’s TUJF.
