Noreen Hamid is an award-winning, international Creative Producer, Event Producer, Head of Publicity, and Artist/Talent Consultant with 10+ years curating and producing experiences, and leading publicity campaigns for music artists, labels, international music award shows, TV series, films, and high-profile events. She also produces television series, music + entertainment news, and special events – from award shows and red carpets, to album release showcases and art exhibits, and everything in between.

After years with MuchMusic, MTV, E!, the Toronto International Film Festival, and much more, Noreen is now the Founder + Principal of notNoreen, a boutique agency specializing in creating curated experiences and providing bespoke services for her international clients, utilizing her passion and expertise in Production, PR, Strategy, and Culture. An expert in Hip-Hop, R&B, Pop, and Afrobeats, she’s worked with several artists, labels, and projects globally, including Megan Thee Stallion, Oasis, Young Thug, Mary J. Blige, Travis Barker, Gunna, Baby Tate, Charlotte Cardin, Landon Barker, Eric Bellinger, Charlotte Day Wilson, Sam Gellaitry, Def Jam, RCA, Arista, Spotify US/Can, 300 Entertainment, Kevin Liles, Live Nation, Soho House, Coachella, Red Bull Symphonic, Mastercard, Fool’s Gold Records, Norm Wong, Ruby Waters, Asha Imuno, Loyal Lobos, Justin Nozuka, LAVI$H, RALPH, TOBi, Oscar-nominated doc ‘The Cave’, and as a consultant on several upcoming series, companies, and artists in development. 

Most recently, she produced the wildly successful, multi-city official Pop-Ups for the Oasis ’25 tour with an incredible international team, in major cities including Toronto and New York. These weeks-long retail experiences were built and produced from scratch and welcomed thousands of fans who lined up for hours. She also led publicity for the Red Bull BC One World Finals in Tokyo, Japan — the largest and most prestigious international breakdancing competition. 

Honoured with 2025 and 2024 Billboard Women In Music Awards, and selected as an Innovator in Music in 2022 by Keychange/PRS for Music (UK), Noreen also sits on the Board of Directors for Women In Music Canada, and Soho House, and she is a multi-year Music Mentor for various arts, culture, music, and film organizations in the US, Canada, and UK. She’s been invited to speak on several panels globally, including in 2025 at SXSW (Austin) where she also curated a panel, Reeperbahn Festival (Hamburg), MaMA Music Festival (Paris), OnesToWatch Artist Summit (LA), Departure Fest (Toronto), Universal Music’s Asian Heritage Panel (Toronto), 3x Women in Music Summits (Toronto), and Breakout West (Canada-wide). Noreen’s work touches Canada, US, UK, France, UAE, Ghana, Nigeria, India, and beyond.
