Mike Tanner is the City of Toronto’s Manager for Music Sector Development. Mike works with the music community across Toronto, supporting the industry to help it grow its economic potential and importance as a touchstone of Toronto’s culture, while advocating for the interests of music and musicians in City policies. Mike’s own experience includes many years as a performing, touring, and recording artist, and a music festival director.
