Alex Paterson is YouTube’s Podcast Lead for Canada, helping creators, networks and media companies grow on Canada’s most listened to podcast platform. Previously, he led Google Canada’s Brand & Reputation marketing team, was Executive Director of Canada 2020 (where he launched the 20/20 Podcast Network), worked at CBC News, and for Greenpeace Canada. Alex holds degrees from Western and Carleton Universities, sits on the Ontario Educational Leadership Centre board, and lives in Ottawa with his family.
